Glide for Windows Phone apparently in development

Heard of Glide? It's a service that boasts itself as the fastest fashion to send and receive video messages. If you've been a diehard Windows Telephone the by few years you probably haven't paid much attention, mostly because they don't have an app in the Windows Telephone Store. That looks like it's about to modify. A Windows Phone app for Glide is apparently in the works.

Windows Telephone Cardinal reader reached out to Glide via Facebook and asked if a Windows Phone app was coming. Glide replied that they're working on it. No release engagement in sight, merely that's meliorate than naught.

What's the big deal with Glide (http://www.glide.me)? It's a pretty freaking popular app on iOS and Android. It'due south "insanely fast" at sending videos with no uploading or downloading required. Messages can be watched in real-time or afterwards. Chats are saved in the cloud, so y'all don't need to accept upwards space on your telephone to download the messages. You can also practice group chats, which is pretty absurd. And similar any mod photo/video app, in that location are filters for you lot to utilize and enhance your video. Sepia video chats ftw!

We've reached out to Glide to see if they'd confirm the condition of a Windows Phone app and give us a better idea of when it'll hitting. We'll update accordingly.
